The digitisation of processes begins with a deep understanding of existing workflows. With BPMN 2.0, we model processes in a standardised and visually comprehensible way. Supplemented by value stream analysis, we identify bottlenecks and potential along the process chain. With the help of process cost accounting, we show where optimisation pays off – and where automation brings real added value. This analysis and modelling results in a concrete implementation plan for more efficient, digital processes.
